Settings
Use Settings to configure the account-level keys and services your integrations can use.
Managed Subscription Workspaces
Managed subscription workspaces usually use InstaMCP-managed provider access.
In this setup:
- Model provider keys may be locked or hidden.
- Available models are managed by the workspace configuration.
- Usage is charged through credits, wallet balance, or your subscription terms.
If you need a model that is not available, contact support.
Custom Provider Workspaces
Custom provider workspaces bring their own model provider access.
In Settings, add the provider keys required by your workspace, then select the models you want integrations to use.
After saving:
- Confirm the model list loads.
- Create or edit an integration.
- Select one of the available models.
- Save the integration.
Knowledge Base Settings
Knowledge Base features may require a vector/indexing provider configuration.
If Knowledge Base shows a setup warning:
- Open Settings.
- Add the required indexing configuration.
- Save settings.
- Return to Knowledge Base and upload a document.
See Knowledge Base.
Enterprise Settings
Enterprise customers may have private provider keys, private models, custom domain rules, or support-managed infrastructure.
Contact support when:
- You do not see the provider or model fields you expect.
- Your company requires private model routing.
- You need production domain approval.
- Voice, Knowledge Base, or private deployment settings are not enabled.
Verification Checklist
- Settings save successfully.
- Model choices appear when creating or editing an integration.
